Senior UI Designer

As a Senior UI Designer, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions and be able to lead and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability of design solutions.
• Work closely with developers and ensure accurate implementation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, and promote a culture of design excellence within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• A portfolio of your work that showcases your skills and experience.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
• Extensive experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
