Sre (site Reliability Engineering) Job in Acreaty

• Drive automation consulting assessments, define/build automation strategies, create innovative solutions as per business needs.

Participate in the solution design working alongside Cloud, Infra/Apps architects, domain consultants that fit the purpose

• Leading the calls (war rooms) and look into all aspects of issue resolution spanning across applications, database, infrastructure, network etc.

Root-cause analysis, troubleshooting across IT stack (application, infrastructure, business process etc.) and document best practices, SOPs and runbooks

• Define SLO/SLI, error budgets, develop dashboards, define SRE strategy and priorities.
• Identify areas of automation for manual tasks, Develop playbooks related to actionable alerts

Drive standardization and implementation of automation, common processes, tools, metrics

Key Skills

• Should have worked on 3 to 4 projects in performance monitoring of Applications / Infra Domain & handled Product support activities in application dev/test of maintenance area.
• Deployment experience in APM tools & Cloud monitoring tools.
• A deep understanding of CI/CD technologies & tools
• Strong working knowledge of Git and code-review systems such as Gerrit, Bitbucket, and Github
• Knowledge on Change management, Agile, ITIL concepts, SOP creation, Life Cycle management is a Plus.
