Role Overview

ACS Training Academy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor to promote and guide enrollments for its K 12 educational programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, student success, and delivering value-driven learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents on K 12 programs based on their learning goals.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to maximize enrollments.
  • Promote academic products through proactive engagement and outreach strategies.
  • Identify and suggest the most suitable courses tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, and conversions.
  • Organize and host webinars, workshops, and demo sessions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to execute promotional strategies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or education-related roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Familiarity with K 12 education frameworks and digital learning tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
