Job Summary

Creative Ideation and proposal development Maintaining relations and building a strong network with creative people in the event industry Working closely with the sales team for proposal ideation for clients Creating innovative, feasible solutions for high-end clients Interacting with clients either directly or with sales team members Perform regular market research and intelligence on what to pitch to the clients, for which events, based on current trends Work with cross-functional teams to run events and activations Locate, negotiate, and interact with event vendors and agencies Supporting team members on event day on-site Proficiency in English, Tamil & Hindi ( Added Advantage ) Confident & Presentable personality Excellent interpersonal & communicational skills Knowledge of Ms Office Ability to track spending and stay within budget Strong organizational skills with an acutely detail-oriented approach Proficiency in collaboration, productivity, and project management

Experience Required :
