Worked for IT (Java , Dot Net , Testing , Cloud Technologies , Data Engineer , Data Science, ROR , Python , SDET, Angularjs, Reactjs, nodejs, meanstack, Azure, devops, IBM datapower, MsDynamics, WebUI, Game Development , Scrum master, cloud computing etc ) 2.Well versed with different searches and used Job Portal and social media for sourcing. 3.Develop pro-active recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet ongoing hiring needs. 4.Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available. 5.Understand and be able to utilize various forms of social media and internet resume mining. 6.Manage and continuously improve the hiring as per the client requirement , attending meetings & calls for understanding the JD. 7.Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques. 8.Maintaining candidate databases - MIS 9.Passionate about recruitment.
