End to End recruitment cycle of ACZ.

Will be responsible for front-end recruitment activities

Should be able coordinate with Team Lead to understand requirements and Work on job specifications as per the assigned requirements.

Should be smart enough to handle requirements simultaneously.

Focus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, Job Portals and Social Networking Sites.

Efficiently manage Recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it.

To communicate effectively and work with team members and managers at all levels.

Understanding of the latest technology knowledge .
