Job Summary
  • Delivery of exceptional customer experience by first knowing the Brand, product and then the customer well.
  • Design customer experience strategy that every employee should be well versed in value delivered and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, direct and measure the execution of strategic annual/long-term plans in order to meet and exceed sales and revenue commitments/goals.
  • Ensuring team to be trained on latest fashion trends and terminologies.
  • Client handling, fashion consulting, recommending looks, wardrobe styling etc.
  • Responsible for the entire store operations, customer service, training, sales and profitability of the store. ROI calculations and regular analysis.
  • Ensuring controllable costs are maintained within the budget.
  • Responsible for ordering, checking and maintaining stock levels in the store.
  • Ensuring the adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Store .

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Hindi both.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics and designer labels.
  • Awareness of Chikan craft as an art, design and fashion history.
  • Understanding of business, product and store SOPs.
  • Business skills such as marketing, networking and time management.
  • Effective communication skills to work with clients.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Well organized and capable to multi-task.
  • Ability to influence decisions of customers.
