Job Summary
  • Controlling inventory of store s bin items through different inventory management tools like ABC analysis, XYZ analysis, FSN analysis, VED analysis, obsolescence & disposal of non-moving items and revision of bin levels.
  • Managing stores and reduced inventory level and maintain at optimum level.
  • Maintaining the stock of material without variance by conducting stock verification and documentation; Receipts, Issues, Accounting, reconciliation & monitoring the inventory of the spares & raw materials.
  • Scrap management: Disposal off scrap and return the rejected material to suppliers & moving the raw material from the place of storage to the place of manufacture.
  • Ware house infra-structure planning setting and development
  • Material procurement & purchase planning, ensuring continuous supply at optimum costs.
  • Maintaining Returnable, Non-returnable gate pass, register and follow up regarding returnable materials.
  • Formulating MIS reports for facilitating decision making by the top management.

Qualification :
Any Graduation
Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
