Job Summary A. Devising the staretegy for high stake Arbitration and Litigation cases on PAN India basis. B. Preparation of pleadings like claims, counter claims, petitions, applications, written statements/replies, and Notes of arguments, can do legal research and precedents, C. Carrying out due diligence of Bid documents & RFP's to ascertain risk expsoures & advsing on deviation and/or expsoure matrix & mitigation startegies. D. Have knowledge of Finacial & tax laws relating to transcations to support financial documentations.
