Responsibilities

Adherence to the approved budget with specific focus on Cashflow in Project
Adherence to Project milestones & timelines
Review, govern and implementation of Business SOPs
Implementation of safe practices, strengthening and monitoring of safety at Project Site.
Stakeholder Communication : Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including team members, top management,
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and relevant records.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project's lifecycle.
To support and review preparation of the MIS reports, EAC reports, Cash flows on a weekly & monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget and raise the alerts in case of any overruns in the budget pertaining to various project activities and record appropriately.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensuring coordination and convergence of all issues related to execution.
Coordinate & ensure closure of Project insurance claims & inventory Reconciliations.
Ensuring required processes of IMS for Project management are established, implemented, and maintained.
Taking up the project closure activity and ensuring project closure.
