Responsible for site procurement & Packing operation.

Responsible for crop survey, identification/review of hub points and crate management

Growers liaising and growers connectivity programmes to maintain good relationship with growers

To ensure smooth packing operation as per plan and as per SOPs during off seasonal packing operations

To conduct the scientific programme in catchment areas to aware the growers about quality.

• Procurement operations

• Crop survey and crop assessment in assigned areas
• Review and identification of existing/new hub points
• Crates management
• Procurement as per agreed norms and targets.
• Quality of apples during procurement

• Liaison with growers

• Maintain good relationship with growers
• Scientific programmes in catchment to aware the growers about quality
• To supply good quality Agri-inputs to growers
• All records and compliances must be maintained.

• Hub operators account

• Crates reconciliation with hub operators

• Packing operation

• Responsible for off seasonal packing operation as per plan and as per SOPs

• Safety

• To adhere all the safety norms of plant
