Job Summary Provide insights to define the philosophy, strategy, road map and goals for the Talent Management function aligned with the overall HR strategy and business growth plans; Devise and implement a robust communication plan for the same Basis prescribed guidelines, generate and finalize BU talent management budgets in consultation with the Group TM Head Provide inputs for devising the organization structure and determining the long-term workforce plans basis internal talent analysis and changing market dynamics Assist in development of Technical and Behavioral competency framework and conduct competency based assessment at the BU level to determine the proficiency levels of role incumbents; Utilize assessment outcome for provide suggestions for decision making in varied other processes such as leadership pipeline management, promotion decisions, etc.
