Manager - Industrial Engineering Job in Adani Group

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement industrial engineering strategies to optimize production processes, improve workflow, and increase overall operational efficiency.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

3. Conduct studies to analyze work methods, evaluate labor requirements, and establish standard operating procedures.

4. Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques to reduce waste, improve quality, and streamline operations.

5. Develop and maintain production capacity models, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and identifying bottlenecks.

6. Lead continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity gains, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma and analytical Software.

7. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.

8. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.

9. Train and mentor industrial engineering team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
