Job Summary

The Role Part of the broader Addepar Data organization, the Data Operations team is responsible for ensuring Addepar's clients have timely and high quality data. This will include overseeing the processing of portfolio transactions and positions, diligently completing verification checks, and assisting clients with their data support questions. The Data Operations group sits at the nexus of Addepar's activity and requires daily communications with financial data providers, clients, and other personnel across the company. What You ll Do Run the portfolio/custody feed onboarding process for new enterprise clients, which includes but is not limited to: reviewing account eligibility providing guidance on how to complete required account authorization forms submission and tracking of authorization forms Collaborating closely between data providers and Addepar advisors on authorization process when needed delivering recurring onboarding status reports to client and internal project teams Help maintain account onboarding instructions for portfolio/custody data feeds in Addepar and in external facing collateral. Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and Solutions Architects to drive alignment on account onboarding related client issues and ensure positive client outcomes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to review and implement new processes and tooling features that improve account onboarding UX and increase operational workflow efficiency. Who You Are 2+ years of work experience in client onboarding/KYC role at SaaS company or financial institution. Strong communication and social skills for working with clients, data providers, well as internal team members across Sales, Services, and R&D. Excellent attention to detail and proactive in documentation of standard processes and workflows. Track record of effective problem solving abilities, self-motivation to take on responsibility, and a strong team-player mentality.
