Description

We are seeking DISPATCH EXECUTIVE, DISPATCH MANAGER to be part of our ADEPT INTERIORS PVT. LTD. and work closely with the interior design and DISPATCH teams.

DISPATCH - EXECUTIVE

• Arranging the transporter as per the instructions.
• Shifting all the packed goods to the dispatch area with TAGGING and carton number marked.
• Getting the material safely loaded in the truck
• Following up with the transporters and lobors.
• Weekly & monthly reporting to the DEPT HEAD
• Managing the unloading of furniture at site.

DISPATCH - MANAGER

• Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation.
• Managing a team of Labors & Transporters.
• Planning the trucking requirements of the projects and planning transportation in advance.
• Handling the dispatch as per the DISPATCH PROCESS
• Weekly & monthly reporting to the DEPT HEAD
• Managing the unloading of furniture at site.
• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, delivery time
• Verifies items shipped by matching bills , reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
• Traansporter bills to be verified and given to accounts.
• Training the labors ( loading / unloading) and transporters on client handling
