Should have around 5+ years of experience as a Asst Manager/ Manager HR in Generalist role like End to End HR Functions, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Onboard New hires, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliances, Performance Management, Grievance Handling, Employee Relation, HR Cost Budgeting, Final Settlements, General Administration, General Administration, Project Handling
An ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. He will maintain and enhance the organizations human resource by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resource policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills, Attention to detail and good judgment

Qualification :
Any Graduate/Post Graduate
