Job Description Customer Success (OrgCS) Data Dictionaries with ownership, definitions, classification, lineage Data flows for critical data between org62 and orgCS, including critical data used in Customer Success Scorecard New/expanded Data Governance Councils as needed Data policies for critical data elements Identify and prioritize initiatives to improve data handling/security and metadata quality Create an aligned proposal for long-term governance needs given initiatives/backlog. To be successful, the project manager will need to: Interact daily with the business data governance team, cross-functional business leaders and global process owners, business/data analysts, and customer success data architects, to develop the overall project plan, to articulate the requirements, to align on the proposal for the new governance model, and to ensure the smooth delivery of all deliverables Demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership and judgment Identify business stakeholders and dependencies / impacts with other teams and business functions Document the project plan (scope, objectives, tasks and owners, schedule) and manage issues, and risks Be accountable to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met. SKILLS Over 5 years of project management experience (credentials such as PMP is a plus) Comfortable with / experienced in presenting to and developing proposals for senior executives Excellent team player, able to lead and work with virtual and global cross-functional teams Excellent influencing and negotiation skills Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including receptive listening skills and ability to present complex ideas in a concise and objective manner Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Experience with client Sales Cloud and Services Cloud, admin certification is a plus Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Data Governance is a plus.
