Job Description Assist in the daily analysis of manufacturing variances. Follow up with operations to take corrective actions and make necessary financial adjustments Review work orders with operations, ensuring they are closed timely, and related costs are captured correctly Review BOMs, routings and new item costs for accuracy and completeness Complete assigned manufacturing journal entries including but not limited to Cost of Sales accrual, absorption accrual & variance adjustments Participate in annual standard cost review and update Prepare and submit assigned inventory reconciliations including but not limited to raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Assist in preparing, analyzing, and coordinating annual budgets and monthly forecasts Support Supply Chain team in implementing and monitoring sound inventory policies and procedures Assist in physical inventories and help review cycle counts to ensure proper internal controls are followed Any other ad hoc projects. The Candidate BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required Manufacturing experience required Higher degree and/or CMA preferred 3-5 years of cost accounting experience Sound knowledge of US GAAP and cost accounting principles JDE, OneStream, MS Office experience desired.
