Sales Manager :

Job description

Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of proposals and quotations, Contracts Management, follow ups, negotiation for rates accordingly.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Purchase.

Responsibility

• Vendor identification, vendor development, Vendor negotiations, Vendor impalement, Vendor management
• Prepare Comparative Statements for new vendors
• Monitor and priorities Purchase orders generation and track the materials receiving.
• Checking of invoices in accordance with Purchase order.
• Make Payments schedules to Suppliers / Vendors.
• Check Inward Register Entries and compare with POs.
• Quality check and quality control of all the materials ordered and received.
• Following up with Suppliers or Vendors for Material receivable.
• Co-ordinating and controlling the material aging and product expiry cycles.
• Ensure all the files are updated on weekly / monthly basis with all the purchase related documents, invoices, POs, DCs etc.,
• Co-ordinate with Accounts Dept. for Purchase related payments and others of any.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• ERP knowledge & Tally knowledge.
• Excellent purchase management.
• Excellent time management.

Education

• UG: B.tech/B.E in Civil
