Responsibilities

• Invent, design, and prototype breakthrough AI technologies for next-generation Adobe products.
• Identify emerging research areas and help shape Adobe s long-term research agenda.
• Publish your work in top-tier journals and conferences, establishing thought leadership in your field.
• Collaborate with leading academic institutions and global research communities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to bring research innovations to production.

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. (preferred) or Master s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Proven research excellence with a strong publication record in top-tier conferences or journals.
• Strong experience in one or more of the following: machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or multimodal data processing.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems and innovate under uncertainty.
• Proficiency in software development and modeling (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, including scientific writing and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (for Senior Roles)

• 7+ years of research experience in academia or industry.
• Experience leading research teams or initiatives with significant real-world impact.
