We are supported by a dedicated service team of over 100 engineers across 5 states.Key Responsibilities: • Sales Management: ◦ Achieve and exceed sales targets for IT hardware and consumer electronics products. ◦ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence. ◦ Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiating contracts and pricing. • Account & Relationship Management: ◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and distributors. ◦ Increase the value of existing customers while identifying and attracting new clients. • Market Development: ◦ Identify and explore new market opportunities to boost sales and expand customer base. ◦ Continuously evaluate and improve sales tactics to stay ahead of market trends. • Proposal Development: ◦ Develop compelling quotes and proposals tailored to clients' needs. • Team Collaboration: ◦ Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Experience: • Sales Experience: ◦ Proven track record as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Executive, preferably in an IT hardware or electronics company. • Product Knowledge: ◦ Solid understanding of IT hardware products and consumer electronics. • Sales Skills: ◦ Responsible for driving sales targets with strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. ◦ High energy and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills. • Operational Expertise: ◦ Expertise in managing sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and developing and executing sales strategies. ◦ Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Relationship Building: ◦ Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Time Management & Planning: ◦ Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage complex projects.Why Join Us? • Be part of a reputed IT and Electronics solutions provider with a strong market presence. • Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and expanding business. • Competitive compensation and a collaborative working environment.
