Locations: Kanpur, Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by proactively generating business through cold calling.
- Plan and achieve sales targets for the assigned region, aligned with company objectives.
- Generate revenue by managing SMB and Enterprise accounts effectively.
- Ensure consistent month-on-month growth within the sales category.
- Identify and explore new market segments to expand revenue streams.
- Scout and recommend talented resources for future team building.
- Maintain and update various sales reporting formats accurately and timely.
Desired Skill Set
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Highly motivated, self-driven go-getter.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, able to convey ideas clearly.
- Strong problem-solving ability and sales acumen.
- Preferred experience in Media Sales or direct B2B sales.
- Comfortable managing both retail sales (with daily reporting) and corporate sales (handling client calls and closing deals independently).
- Industry experience in Advertising, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.
