1. Community Engagement:

• Foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among our platform's users.
• Actively monitor and participate in discussions, comments, and interactions across various community channels.
• Encourage positive interactions, resolve conflicts, and maintain a respectful and inclusive environment.

2. Content Curation:

• Identify and curate exceptional user-generated content, showcasing the best of our creators.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to spotlight community success stories.

3. Feedback Collection:

• Serve as a bridge between the community, creators and our product development team.
• Solicit and collect user feedback, suggestions, and concerns to help shape the platform's future.

4. Events and Initiatives:

• Plan and execute community events, webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), challenges, and contests.
• Build a creator community with creative event executions and value-adding way
• Promote engagement through gamification and reward programs.

5. Education and Support:

• Provide guidance and support to creators and brands regarding platform features, best practices, and policies.
• Share educational content and resources to help creators excel on our platform.

6. Data Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze key community metrics to assess community health and growth.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

7. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
• Share valuable community insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the creator economy or tech industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and community management tools.
• Genuine passion for the creator economy and a commitment to supporting creators.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
• The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze community metrics.
