Job Summary

We are searching for a committed, result-driven Sales Executive to join Spreadd. The Sales Executive will complete all assigned tasks, including conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing campaigns, maintaining client data, participating in meetings, and much more. You will be the problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

In this role, your day will look something like this:

  • Connect with potential clients on a daily basis and understand their influencer marketing needs
  • Identify sales leads, prospects, and opportunities for business growth
  • Understand the client s business and identify marketing needs and pain points
  • Develop and pitch marketing plans integrated with influencer and digital solutions
  • Maintain relationships with clients in a consultative manner.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliverables
  • Have a strong understanding of company products/services, competition in the market and positioning.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advertising, digital marketing & influencer trends.
  • Reporting to the top management about day-to-day team progress and creating weekly and monthly projections and reports
  • Your role will include taking client event briefs, providing solutions by writing proposals and building client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to convert leads into successful campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Monitor, understand and apply the latest influencer marketing strategies to win new business and existing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, finance, development, content etc to get the best work for clients.
  • Be the point of contact for clients and resolve issues to fulfil requirements as per brief to make the campaign successful.

You'll fit right in if you have the following skills:

MUST HAVE:

  • 1-2 Years experience in sales, business development and getting influencer marketing campaigns from beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and other D2C brands.
  • Have a good understanding of influencer marketing strategies and execution procedures.
  • Must have insights into influencer marketing KPI, metrics and social media Insights.
  • Have experience working in sales and marketing independently
  • Able to manage influencer marketing campaign execution.
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Communication skills (i.e., is able to clearly set the timing and output expectations with other teams with which they will be collaborating)

Who you are:

  • You re fluent in English, and a good communicator
  • You have the enthusiasm and ability to learn new tools and technology quickly
  • Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Having knowledge about Dubai and Indian Market in Creator Marketing Ecosystem

Would be Plus :

  • A charismatic learner who enjoys making new connections and meeting new faces
  • Passionate about creator commerce and creators
  • Comfortable with performance metrics and the ability to make detailed plans to meet them
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Knowledge about U.S. Market in Creator Marketing Ecosystem
