Job Summary

Position description:

1. Formulate the annual sales plan for the region/territory in terms of regional / export targets (revenue, volumes), targeted key accounts, product-wise & segment-wise targets, new customer acquisition targets, etc. 2. Liaise with S&OP and plants to determine the recommendations for pricing with final guidance from higher management. 3. Monitor timely dispatch compliance and collections with minimum overdues (as per targets). 4. Actively collates information on different clients and competitors for creating business opportunities in that region. 5. Drive retention and revenue growth in existing key accounts across regions and identified industry segments. 6. Actively work towards increasing domestic market share in key accounts / geographies 7. Influence other departments (production, quality, S&OP) to manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 8. Proactively manage employee growth and up-skilling in the function. 9. The role is responsible for overlooking existing revenue generation, dispatch and collection streams at a regional level. The role handles a team of regional sales coordinators.
