JOB PROFILE:

Industrial Relation, Statutory Compliance. a) Liaison with all Govt. and external authorities. Obtained all required licenses i.e. Factory License, Fire NOC, Pollution Consent, Canteen Hygiene certificate, Contractor registration. b) Internal audits of Health & Safety, Social Audit and CT-PAT as per Training Calendar. c) Knowledge & experience in Disciplinary actions d) Grievance handling e) Implementation for various IR policies f) j) Managing day to day Employee Relation activities in a very peaceful and amicable manner thus ensuring Industrial peace within the organization and ensuring zero-man hour loss due to any IR issues
