We''re looking for Genesys Developer with good communication skills:Job Title: Genesys DeveloperPrimary Skills: Genesys Framework Genesys Universal Routing (Inbound and Outbound) Genesys Reporting Genesys Internet Suite I Server Knowledge Manager. Thorough knowledge of product offerings by Genesys including MCR, Outbound, etc. Basic knowledge of Oracle 8.x or 9.x. Strong troubleshooting skills (interpreting log files and SQL statements etc). Must be highly experienced in developing Routing Strategies (Inbound and Outbound) for Email based and Voice based Call Centers Experience in Java / J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts) and Project Management will be an added advantage Proficient in English and verbal / written communicationExperience: 5-7 Years proven track record in the following Telephony technologies: ACD, IVR, CTI, Voice Response, reporting/analytics and monitoring.Education: B.E, M.Sc, MCAJob Location: Muscat, Mumbai, Pune
