Designation: Automation Expert

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night)

What You'll Do:

• Developing process automations within the department and organization
• Structure develop and execute the Department Reports
• Analysis & Reporting of agent/department performance statistics at set frequency
• Raising close looping Task & follow up on the same
• Share performances with users at set frequency
• Analyze and report historical data and trends and develop forecast models
• Generate long and short term forecasts models
• Manage employee information changes Perform other duties and assignments as directed
• Recognizes and recommends operational and support improvements
• Keep a tab on all departmental reports and have it handy whenever required

What We'll need:

• Excellent Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
• Experience in SQL in an SQL Server/Oracle database.
• Expert level Excel Macros (2007 or above) and Expert level VBA Programming Ability to create user forms using Visual Basic for Applications, Desktop application integrate and/or scrape information from other sources such as an Internet explorer websites, Mainframe applications etc.
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2014 or above, advance SQL Functions, expertize in DDL, DML, SQL/Dynamic SQL, and SSIS.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Python would be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel (Formula, Pivot Table, User define functions, Excel graphs & analysis)
• Proficient with VBA coding
• Robotic Process Automation
