Senior Dba - Mssql Job in Advantmed, Llc

What You'll Do & What We'll need:

• Installation & Patching SQL Server.
• Troubleshooting database Connectivity & network related issues.
• Troubleshooting database performance issues and query tuning.
• Experience in any H.A.(AlwaysOn, Clustering, mirroring, Log shipping, Replication)
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, security issues, etc.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot SQL Server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contention.
• Knowledge of indexes, index management.
• Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Monitoring the database status, disk space, logs, space utilization.
• Determines database management needs and recommends system
• upgrades as necessary. Ensures that databases are restored in a timely and efficient manner in the event of system failure.
• Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement. Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
