Job Summary

We are Hiring Corporate Project Coordinator for COO's office (Non IT)


The Job Description is as below :


* Develop & implement project management methodology with assigned projects.

*Formulate & Lead cross functional teams to achieve organizations goals.

*help COO in by successful completion of projects directly assigned to COO with adequate
project management cycle

*Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule & costs *Managing project progress & Ensuring project deadlines

*Submitting project deliverables & ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

*Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing & summarizing relevant information. *Establishing effective project communication plans & ensuring their execution.

*Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule & budget.

*Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools & techniques Report & escalate to management as needed.

*Reviewing & highlighting clauses in contract for COO to review & approve.

*Overseeing all incoming & outgoing project documentation.

*Designing risk mitigation plan.

*Conducting project review & creating detailed reports for executive team.

*Optimizing & improving processes & the overall approach where necessary

*Securing growth opportunities & initiating new projects.

*Develop spreadsheets, diagrams & process maps to document needs.


Shift Timings: UK Shift

Work Type - Time being Work from Home.

Office Location - Ahmedabad.

Working days- 5 days working


Desired Candidate Profile

Technical skills: Graduate in any discipline, preferably management/administration graduate 3-5+ years experience in Project Management with proper project management certification (if any)

Yellow/Green Belt Certification would be added advantage

Functional Skills:

Communication. One of the most important skills for project managers is great communication.

Time Management. The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks is an essential characteristic of efficient project managers.
