Bim Coordinator (cad / Bim) Architecture And Structural Job in Advenser Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd.

• Be an expert in creating and developing BIM models for architectural and structural services from design drawings and coordinate between all services
• Expertise in preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing
• Quality checking of Rebar shop drawings and bar bending schedule
• Attend weekly coordination meeting with professionals from other organizations
• Strong knowledge in Steel and RCC structures along with Revit knowledge and coordination skills are preferred.
• Provide technical guidance to junior modelers and review complete assignments
• Be a mentor in all internal kick of meetings of new projects.
• Augment and prepare construction/shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per the manager s advice
• Preparation of As-built BIM after getting site survey drawings or point clouds / mark ups which has built comments.
• Provide general conceptual input to projects during the planning stages and supports or leads field assignments as required.
• Performs tasks such as coordinates verification of model integrity, coordinates clash detection, develops drawing lists and coordinates specifications with drawings.
• Perform walkthroughs of models using Navisworks for project stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings of reinforced concrete, structural steel, miscellaneous metal and masonry.
• Work in team cohesion of modelers and detailers for architectural and structural BIM projects.
• Should be confident to capture new growth opportunities with the available capability of team.
• Help run clash detection and prepare clash reports.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

• B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 4 7 years of relevant work experience is a must
• CAD, Revit Modeling and BIM knowledge is required
• Play a vital team player role in various BIM projects
• Good communication skills in English required
• Rise up to the need for assisting Team lead in various tasks
• Achieve the work targets as specified by the Line Manager.
