Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Precast Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating projects.
  • Understanding technical and commercial requirements of the clients.
  • Good knowledge in Precast detailing using AutoCAD/ Tekla Structures.
  • Co-ordinate with team for winning the projects and ensuring seamless execution
  • Reviewing and approving apt RFI s for better understanding of the client need
  • Influence and contribute to the overall policies and procedures of the company and ensure it is adhered to within the business unit.
  • Review contract drawings
  • Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization.
  • Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
  • Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
  • Coordinate with business development team to develop and implement strategies.
  • Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.
  • Meeting the set targets, participation in cross team engagement activities, cohesion, branding etc.
  • Review Erection drawings, Fabrication drawings, Plans, Elevations, Shop drawings, Marking Plans, and other relevant drawings using CAD/ Tekla as per contract drawings
  • Should be confident to capture new growth opportunities with the available capability of team.
  • Help run clash detection and prepare clash reports.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

  • B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience is a must
  • Precast detailing knowledge in AutoCAD is a must
  • Tekla modelling knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Play a vital team player role in various Precast projects
  • Good communication skills in English required
  • Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
  • Strict adherence to deadlines
