Roles And Responsibilities

• Expert in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required)
• Expert in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ServiceNow client and server-side scripting
• Working experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM is an added advantage
• Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
• Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API s
• Experience with HTML5, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js
