Rubber Technologist Job in Aerospace Engineers Pvt Ltd

Job Requirements

• Qualified Rubber Technologist from reputed institute.
• Minimum 5 Years + Manufacturing Experience in Rubber Extrusion, Calendaring, Rubber Moulding, Rubber Compound Mixing, Rubber Qualification and other testing are preferable.
• Experience in analysing Various issues in Rubber Manufacturing. The Candidate needs to handle a work force of about 100 is preferable.
• Experience with test equipment such as Rio meter, Mooney Visco Meter and other basis testing of Non-metallic like rubber, plastic and composites
• Basic knowledge of safety standards is a must.
• Strong organization skills and detail oriented
• Ability to work beyond the scheduled time as needed
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance
• Basic PC skills including Word & Excel required. Also should have ERP working experience.
• Fluency in English is mandatory since customer interaction is part of the job.
• Must be proficient in Tamil for safe and efficient performance of job.
• Knowledge on lean, Small Group Activities and other improvement programs are preferable.
