Experienced Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant
6+ Years of experience in Oracle EBS suite. Fusion HR experience is desired but not mandatory
Good knowledge on Oracle R12 modules EBS - Core HR/SSHR, OTL and Absence Management
Good knowledge on Oracle modules Fusion - Talent, Performance and Compensation
Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements
6+ Years of experience in SQL, PL SQL
Experience in Reporting tools/Technologies such as Oracle D2K reports, HCM Data Loader
(HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), BI Publisher, XML and Discoverer reports, WEB ADI,
XML Template Builder, AME, Alerts and Workflow
