Experience: Five years in planning & implementation of poultry, goatry & dairy based Livelihoods activities & Micro enterprise development initiatives for the poor rural households

Key qualifications: Communication skills, Written and spoken English language proficiency, leadership qualities, Managerial abilities, computer literacy, Willingness to travel, Excellent organizational skills and ability to determine priorities, Respect deadlines, Ability to work in a team and remain pro active.

Job Profile

• Conduct ToT and Trainings on Animal Husbandry Practices, Enterprise development training on Dairy and Poultry
• Awareness creation amongst the villagers regarding promotion of high milk yielding varieties by organizing camps, formal and informal trainings.
• Vaccination camps: Village level camp organization for awareness creation regarding protective measures to control animal diseases.
• Awareness regarding introduction and promotion of nutrient fodder amongst the farmers.
• Design and development of training material like posters, pamphlets and booklets on Poultry, Goatry& Dairy farming.
• Resource person for Training of Trainers from NGO representatives on Sustainable livelihoods for the rural poor
• Awareness creation amongst the villagers regarding promotion of high milk yielding varieties by organizing camps, formal and informal trainings.
• Vaccination camps: Village level camp organization for awareness creation regarding protective measures to control animal diseases.
• Involved in introduction and promotion of nutrient fodder amongst the farmers.
• Design and development of training material like posters, pamphlets and booklets on Poultry, Goatry& Dairy farming.
