Job Summary
- Lead the Technical training team in making e-learning modules, and other initiatives of the Technical training department
- Interact with the BU coordinators, and Project managers, to understand the trainings important for the site.
- Analyse the training done and come out with results to be discussed and initiate changes if needed.
- Worked in Infrastructure projects for at least 10 years
- Handled Multi Functional Teams
- Responsible for Team Development and Delivery of results
- Knowledge of ISO Standards
- Exposure in LMS

10 to 15 Years
