Job Summary

Job Summary: AffinityX is looking for an experienced eCommerce and Website Product Manager to help develop, manage, and lead innovative and effective solutions that aid our clients in successful revenue growth. The Product Manager - eCommerce & Website Development is the principal authority/master of our eCommerce and website solutions - and works to develop processes and enhance our product portfolio while providing support to our internal teams and external clients. This role is integral to the direction and execution of our company s future by developing a streamlined process and innovative product list that compliments our robust solution suite. Responsibilities and Essential Duties: (Other duties may be assigned) Provides strategic thinking and leads the effort on product enhancement and new product development roadmap in website development and eCommerce across all applications Leads cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, apps development, operations, and marketing teams to deliver product launch outcomes Empathizes with Partners and end-clients to prioritize product needs, features, and functionality - represents the voice of these customer types within our organization Identifies product structure, packaging, and pricing - both wholesale and suggested retail Defines key performance indicators for operational excellence of product delivery and KPI/benchmark targets for all products in domain Trains operations and fulfillment team members on new products (or enhancements) and sets standards within operations teams for product standards with regard to SOPs, KPIs, and performance benchmarks Manages products, features, and initiatives (small and large) through full lifecycle - from ideation to launch, nurturing it through continued iteration and growth Measures success of product rollout utilizing predefined internal KPIs Makes proactive recommendations on potential product enhancements based on industry trends and advancements. Manages client product requests, including creating and updating information for CCRs Create proposals and documentation for CCRs to meet clients requirements and recommends customized strategies for implementation. Keeps up-to-date with industry trends, and product development & updates, and incorporates industry best practices in day-to-day operations. Creates and updates product SOPs and workflow (Customization of SOP per client will be done by the Operations Team) Manages and maintains product materials to ensure these are up-to-date and relevant Upholds critical performance indicators for operational excellence of product delivery and KPI/benchmark targets Oversees and audits the adherence to product SOPs, KPIs, quality review, and operational performance audits Compiles data to create monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development Provides ongoing operations support, providing ongoing educational guidance to Operations and the Account Managers Handles level 3 escalations for responsible product categories: Captures, tracks, analyzes, and resolves escalations/escalated client requests (1st escalation- job holder/ops, 2nd escalation- Account Manager, 3rd escalation- Product Manager) Utilizes ticketing system to track escalations in specific categories of People, Product, Process, or Technology limitations & issues Develops solutions for repetitive escalations and works with operational teams to solve/train/update as needed Skill & Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years as a product manager in a similar role in an agency-like environment Experience with website CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, and MYSQL Experience managing products with proven ability to lead and manage product development from concept to launch Cross-functional management and training experience a plus Knowledge of SEO and Content s impact on a successful website and product site Google Shopping and Google Merchant Center experience a plus Google Analytics certification and understanding of GA4 Strong project management skills Exceptional interpersonal, verbal & written communications skills (English) Highly organized and detail driven Ability to handle changing priorities and requests from multiple team members Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends Ability to quickly grasp complex digital and technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and imagery Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
