Job Summary
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in Volume/Bulk hiring.
  • Experience in fast paced non IT Hiring, in Creative, Media, BPO, KPO segment will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced user knowledge of technology and online sourcing and research tools

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing highly qualified talent for assigned hiring team needs using a variety of sourcing channels like job boards, Social media, referrals and Alumni networks
  • Conduct pre-qualifying telephonic screening on candidates.
  • Manage candidate flow within technology tools to ensure all data are accurate and updated
  • Monitor and report the quality and quantity of resumes on a daily/weekly basis
  • Track and report sourcing results
  • Identify and produce quality talent within 24-48 hours of intake calls using the internal database, job boards, references, social media, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related to legal requirements
  • Assist candidates to process job applications and respond to queries
  • Organize and take part in interview procedures as required
  • Conducting & Scheduling interviews, checking references and documents
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Follow up with the team and assist with the candidates transition and on-boarding
