Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to Software / Web Application Users.
• Maintain track of the reported issues.
• Provide resolution to queries / issues within TAT.
• Work closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Create Support Issues Technical Documents and Manuals.
• Should have basic knowledge of SQL.
• Good in communication skills.
• Experience 3-4 Years.
• Mutual Fund Industry knowledge preferable
