Roles and Responsibilities

Understanding of Standard SD, Credit Control, logistics execution transporation, Taxation process

Desired Candidate Profile

Scope: L1, L2 support only. No Change Request / No Config / No development.
Documentation and KT of CG related process will be shared by CG.
During KT sessions resource can visit our office and then work from AG location.
VPN and SAP access will be provided.
