We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide vital support to our sales representatives and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective coordination and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing and organizing daily sales activities.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing prompt and accurate responses.
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer requests.
Prepare and process sales orders, including order entry, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Support sales team members in administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing sales meetings.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and promote our offerings.
Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing sales reports as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills.
