AGENCY09 is in its growth phase and is being approached by global companies for technology based projects and solutions. AGENCY09 today has a sufficient level of experience in solving complex business problems and building process automation products. We are positively looking at expanding our team.
We are looking at hiring a CTO to help structure this growth phase and scale up.
You will be leading a fantastic team who has helped the organization reach this far. You need to add value to these talented individuals, as we go global. We expect you to work with liberty and responsibility towards growing the team s knowledge. You may not have been part of the pilot team but here is your chance to be a part of the core team.

Imp Note - We are looking for an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to be a part of our long term expansion plans. We are a small team now, have crossed the proof of concept stage and now looking to scale up.

Experience: - 07 to 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years of experience of handling a mid level position and above
- Experience of working in an IT Firm, handling a team will be an added advantage

Job Location : Bandra West, Mumbai
The chief technology officer (CTO) will set 'Organization s' technology policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organization s overall strategy. The CTO will be in charge of all company technology and technological resources and will be responsible for establishing Organization's' technology vision, strategies, and plans for growth. The CTO will focus on maintaining and improving all technological systems and assets, including quality assurance.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Development with end-to-end implementation of products (Preferably in a product driven organization). Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of at least 10 developers, either as an EM or a Tech Lead. Ideally with a work history that covers a range of IT disciplines including big data engineering, network architecture, web software development, security engineering and information security management. You will have experience managing technology for a mid-sized organization in addition to gathering and evaluating technological information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
The CTO will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Have knowledge of the latest in industry and sharing the same with the team members

Skills :

  • Comfortable handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • We are bullish to develop more products (SAAS Platforms), Process Automations. ERP Solutions, Tech based marketing suggestions
  • Should be well versed in handling projects like eCommerce & Mobile App
  • Having a sound network of colleagues to help or suggest for any second opinions and overcome roadblocks
  • Open to travel for client meetings overseas if required
  • Master s degree in information technology or a technology-related discipline preferred.
  • Experience with technology relative to industry; .Net, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, Solr, jQuery, Angular, AWS, IIS, GitHub, Grunt/Gulp, Node.JS, Java/C. PHP, Laravel.
  • Well versed with cloud computing and infrastructure management
  • Better understanding of project management, knowledge of software engineering practices and Design Patterns
  • Demonstrated excellence in managing technology, compliance, and data security.
  • Skill in examining, developing, reengineering, and recommending technology policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
  • An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
