Job Summary

Key Result Areas

  • Source potential candidates from job boards.
  • Should have a fair understanding of technical roles and technical skills.
  • Handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Pre-screening applicants on calls to analyze applicants' abilities
  • Maintaining an effective tracker system in Ms-office like Excel.
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees.
  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

Job Specification

  • 2+ years of experience purely in IT recruitment
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, online through any platform, or direct )
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Should have excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
