Delivery Manager
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who can provide oversight and leadership for the Delivery teams, execution of Delivery policy and compliance, Delivery service provisioning, and ensuring service levels are achieved with strong focus to customers.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible to
- Oversee, enhance and continuously improve delivery for entire account
- Manage entire P&L, prepare Contracts and SOW
- Prepare RFPs, winning responses to bids / farming pursuits
- Build trusting relationships with senior level stakeholders with excellent communication skills at a technical and functional level
- Define Account / Program and Project level governance metrics
- Perform Account Analysis, Planning and devise Strategy
- Setup bullet proof processes to ensure operational and day to day tasks are automated
- End to end of Talent management Acquisition, address team concerns, feedback and build competent teams with well aligned career roadmap
- Engage teams to innovate and bring consulting mindset
- Provide functional and technical solutions
Preferred Experience of
- Managing $6M+ accounts
- Monitoring & Evaluation experience
- Implementing Agile methodologies, project management principles
- Managing teams working on Cloud and MPP Data Platforms
- Strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Digitization, technology innovation, cloud transformation, data and insights.
- Excellent presentation skills
Desired Qualification
- Graduation or post-graduation in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration.
- PMP/Scrum certification would be added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of engagement management experience and interfacing with key project stakeholders
