- Experience: Several years of experience in a quality assurance role, with progressive responsibility and management experience.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations (ISO, FDA, GMP, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality processes.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong leadership capabilities to motivate teams and drive change effectively.
