Job Summary

Job Description We are looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for setting up and managing HR tools, policies, and initiatives. As a go-getter, you will play a crucial role in building a strong foundation for our HR function. Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with company goals and industry best practices. Set up and manage HR tools and systems, including HRIS, performance management systems, and employee engagement platforms. Establish recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and interviewing techniques. Drive the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization. Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data confidentiality and security. Stay updated on HR trends and regulations, providing guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters. Promote employee engagement initiatives, such as employee feedback programs, recognition programs, and employee wellness activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and contribute to strategic initiatives. Create, build and enhance on the solid culture foundation for the organization. Requirements MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 MBA college. 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a Global IT services company. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Experience in setting up and managing HR tools, policies, and systems. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
