Design and conceptualization of components & assemblies Tactical modifications as well as strategic developments Prototyping & fabrication Cross-department interactions in development process including marketing ,purchase & production departments Innovative & practical approaches to technical challenges Maintaining confidentiality with regard to technical data Reporting directly to R& D Head, Mr. Anand Swarup Self starter & goal oriented style of working
Past experience in automotive sector/tractor industry
Strong technical background
Multi tasking & cross department interactions
Ability to learn quickly on the job
JOB DESCRIPTION/ KEY SKILLS
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Min Qualification : B.Tech/Diploma in Mech. Engg. (Technical Background)
Min Experience : 2 Years
Skills : Proficiency in design software (AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS etc.)
Start : Date Immediate
Salary : Negotiable (subject to qualification & experience)
