Job Summary

Role Summary

This position is based out of the Hyderabad office, responsible for the following:

  • To perform a range of tasks or activities which involveday-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving so that ateammeets it required service level agreements
  • The key functions of a team lead or supervisor is to ensure the below responsibilities are carried out to the best of his/her ability in the interest of the organization and customer involved

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide theteamwith the companys vision and the objectives of all processes
  • Have excellent people management skills to ensure adequate production and quality SLAs (service level agreements) are met
  • Provide adequate training and knowledge sharing to the teamby conducting daily and weekly meetings which are documented and acknowledged by the team
  • Monitoring daily production output and validating the same by means of timesheet approvals
  • Monitoring daily quality reviews of the quality audit team to ensure feedback is provided to the team and identified areas of concern are reviewed and completed in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and adhering to the company policies regarding leave and absenteeism within the team
  • Provide monthly performance report to the team on production & quality achievements and their areas for improvement
  • Serve as a SPOC (single point of contact) to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams
  • Adequate staffing is allocated within the various processes that need to be reported back to the client
  • Control Talent Retention to the minimum attrition

PROCESS MANAGEMENT

  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) to your team and ensure all P & Ps (policies and procedures) are updated in a timely, clear and coherent manner and shared with the team
  • Utilization of process management tools such as ARM or FFM to ensure effective tracking of assigned and completed tasks
  • To ensure that daily / weekly / monthly internal and external reports are completed as per the requirement of the project and process
  • Provide process improvements that will enhance performance benchmarks
  • Work with functional managers and project head to obtain the necessary resources to support the teams requirements

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain applicable TAT (turn-around-time) on client service requests received either by email or teleconferences
  • Adhere to established meeting times and agendas scheduled by the client
  • Keep the project manager and management informed of task accomplishment, issues, and status of assignments

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Timesheet reports from PULSE
  • Weekly quality audit reports
  • Weekly project review report
  • Daily/weekly / monthly client reports
  • Internal & external meeting schedules

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 4 years to 8 years of relevant experience
