RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and troubleshoot all types of PC and Server hardware, branded
• Install various PC application programs commonly used
• Regular backup of servers
• Regularly monitor and maintain a log of the status of critical services, the performance of servers including monitoring of CPU, disk space, memory utilization, I/O utilization, etc
• Periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing and implementing rectification measures.
• Managing uptime of servers as per SLAs.
• Managing Active Directory services and Group Policies
• Managing Patch Management servers
• Managing Antivirus Servers

COMPLIANCE

• Awareness and implementation of ISO, ISMS and GRIC policies
• Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

• Minimum 2 years of experience in System Administration
• Certification will be an added advantage.
• Must have knowledge on a File share and Virtual Environment is mandatory
• Must handle multiple servers
• Hands on Experience in Enterprise Edition software like Symantec Antivirus, McAfee, Kaspersky, IBM Big Fix, ARCserve Backup is an added advantage
